Tibor Wilheim, Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Real Property Investment Partners LLC, Including spearheading organization efforts, growth initiatives, and fund compliance. Before founding Real Property Investment Partners, Tibor graduated with an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School specializing in Real Estate Finance and has worked in M&A in the Healthcare/Real estate arena before founding RPIP.

Joseph joined RPIP at its inception and is responsible for overseeing daily operations and underwriting. Joseph comes from a strong background in real estate underwriting having spent majority of his career underwriting investment and credit opportunities. Joseph began his career in commercial real estate development managing projects of multiple hotel and office developments in New York. He then pivoted to a private equity real estate fund, acquiring multi family and healthcare assets nationwide. After a few years on the sponsor end, Joseph shifted over to the lending side, joining a national commercial real estate debt brokerage firm. There, he lead underwriting for a top producing division, closing in excess of $500m annually. Joseph received a BA from Bellevue University and attended Pace University's MBA program.

Ari Schaffel, Chief Technology Officer, joined RPIP in 2020 and is responsible for building out the data pipelines and automation to ensure smooth operations of the underlying business. Ari is also responsible for finding and underwriting new potential credit and equity opportunities. His experience prior to joining RPIP includes working as a lead data scientist and analyst for various hedge funds in real estate, private credit, and public equities.

Abraham joined RPIP in 2022 and is responsible for underwriting, loan processing, and portfolio management. Prior to joining RPIP, Mr. Nash worked as a financial analyst for a family office in Miami where he was responsible for underwriting investment opportunities in real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He started his career at Nutranext, a nutraceutical company backed by a private equity fund. There, he was part of the business development department that was responsible for product launches, as well as executing on the synergies from the fund's mergers and acquisitions. Abraham received an M.S. in Finance from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as well as a Certificate in Financial Management. He currently resides in Baltimore with his wife and child.

Steve Winter, Managing Director of The Midwest, is responsible for spearheading growth initiatives within the Midwestern market and developing strategic partners. Before joining Real Property Investment Partners, Steve graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Miami University. Steve has been investing within the Midwestern real estate markets for over 10 years, which has allowed him to be very dynamic when helping our partners grow their businesses.  

Nathaniel oversees the strategic direction and overall operations for the division. With over four years of experience in real estate, Nathaniel brings a deep understanding of market dynamics and long-term lending solutions. His focus is on refining processes, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring RPIP’s commitment to high-quality service and industry-leading standards. Nathaniel is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation within the division, ensuring that RPIP remains a top choice for long-term lending solutions in the industry.

Lady Adam, Operational Support, joined RPIP in 2021 and is responsible for writing marketing materials on different platforms and keeping documents received from clients/borrowers organized and updated. Her experience prior to joining RPIP includes working as an Executive Assistant and a call center agent in a BPO company.
